What we call a bonus or promotion may refer to free spins, any type of bonus, but also any amount credited directly to your player account when a deposit is made.
Additional offers or special promotions may be proposed and will be available on our promotions page. If no additional conditions are specified, the general terms and conditions of our bonuses will apply.
1. How cash and bonus balances work
1.1 On making a deposit, the deposited amount is placed into a "cash balance" and the associated bonus amount is placed into a "bonus balance".
1.2 The cash balance amount can at any time be requested for withdrawal according to the general withdrawal conditions (see 4. Withdrawals in the General Terms and Conditions of Use).
1.3 When a player has an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.4 Bonuses and the winnings associated with them become withdrawable once the wagering requirements of the bonus are met. The progress of the bonus wagering requirements is visible in the "Balances" tab of your cashier.
2. Bonus wagering conditions
2.1 By default, the amount to wager is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
2.2 Only wagers placed from the bonus balance contribute to the wagering requirements of that bonus.
2.3 When the player fully meets the wagering requirements of the bonus, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to the cash balance.
2.4 If the player makes a withdrawal request before fulfilling the wagering requirements, the active bonus as well as any pending free spins will be automatically cancelled.
2.5 Each game has a different contribution level towards the wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100%, video poker games 20%, table games and live games contribute 5%. Other games do not contribute to wagering requirements.
2.6 The maximum period to fulfill the bonus wagering requirements is 30 days. Beyond this period, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
2.7 When a wager uses both cash balance and bonus balance, this is referred to as a "mixed wager". In that case, all winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
2.8 The maximum bet allowed when using a bonus is 10 INR per game round. If the player places a bet greater than this amount, the bonus and any winnings will be cancelled.
3. Free spins
3.1 Winnings from free spins are credited directly to the cash balance without wagering requirements.
3.2 The withdrawal limit for winnings generated from free spins is 300 INR.
3.3 Free spins are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
3.4 Deposits associated with free spins may only be withdrawn provided they have been wagered at least 1 time on slot games.
3.5 Any withdrawal request will cancel the free spins present on the account that have not been activated by the player at the time of such withdrawal.
4. Jackpots
4.1 All jackpot amounts displayed on the site are for information purposes only. The amount of each jackpot is displayed in the game window provided for this purpose once the game is launched.
4.2 When a jackpot is won, it is immediately reset on the site's server. This occurs in real time, however it is possible that the display may only be reset after a short period. Regardless of the jackpot amount shown in the game, the server-side jackpot amount at the moment of the win is the reward that will be awarded.
4.3 Any progressive jackpot payment equal to or greater than 50,000 INR may require an additional 14 days for processing.
5. General rules for bonuses
5.1 By participating in promotions and/or by accepting to receive the bonus(es) offered by Betway, the player hereby declares to accept the terms and conditions related to the offer or bonus automatically as well as the general terms and conditions of promotions/bonuses which are listed on this page.
5.2 A player may obtain a maximum of one (1) bonus per promotional offer unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of one of our promotions.
5.3 Bonuses and promotional offers are not cumulative (unless otherwise indicated) and can only be granted once per person, per household, per residential address or per IP address..
5.4 Unless otherwise indicated, the minimum deposit required to qualify for a bonus is 10 INR.
5.5 If a player is eligible to receive a bonus, the time limit to claim it is 24 hours. This period is 30 days for the welcome bonus only.
5.6 In the case of free bonuses obtained outside any promotion, the maximum allowed withdrawal is 20 times the amount of the bonus.
5.7 The maximum withdrawal amount following the receipt of a no-deposit sign-up bonus is limited to 100 INR
5.8 We reserve the right to cancel any bonus as well as the winnings related to it in case of fraud or in the event that the player has placed bets with almost zero risk solely for the purpose of meeting the wagering requirements of the bonus.
5.9 Any winnings related to an illegitimate bonus may result in the cancellation of the bonus or the winnings related to it.
5.10 Any manipulation of play such as the use of the Martingale system, the Paroli Betting System or Bonus Hunting (non-exhaustive list) are not permitted and may lead to the cancellation of related winnings.
5.11 These practices may also lead to suspension of the account and/or any promotional offer for the player.
5.12 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In this case, they must contact customer support before placing any wager and/or starting to play, in order to remove the current bonus and to disable receipt and display of any future bonus.
5.13 Players originating from the following countries are not eligible for our promotions: Finland, Sweden, Norway, South America and Central America (non-exhaustive list).
5.14 Betway also reserves the right to modify, add or remove any information relating to bonuses and promotions as well as the terms and conditions. In the event of a change, the date of the latest update will be indicated at the bottom of these terms and conditions.

5.16 The bonuses offered by Betway are intended solely for players seeking entertainment. Abuse of bonuses or our promotions is not permitted.
5.17 In case of abuse, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or block any player account, as well as to cancel/revoke any ongoing gaming activity and to refund the initial deposit.
5.18 Betway reserves the right to prohibit a player from receiving our promotions at any time, for a defined or indefinite period, at the management's sole discretion.
5.19 In case of a dispute, the decision made by the management of Betway shall prevail and be final.
